About Clueffy

Clueffy is an independent browser word game. Each original puzzle has one six-letter answer and five clues. A wrong guess reveals another clue, while colored letters help you narrow down the word.

Five chances to connect the clues

Green means a letter is in the right place. Orange means it belongs elsewhere. Dark means it is not in the word. Valid six-letter words use a guess; duplicate guesses and unrecognized words do not.

Daily and practice

The daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC. Everyone receives the same puzzle for that day. Practice draws from a rotating collection of 60 original puzzles; words can recur. Practice does not affect daily statistics. Hints mark an unfinished daily round as assisted, and revealing the answer ends it without a win.
